Services - Commercial
The following is the Architectural fee schedule, for the Site Planning, Base Building, and the Shell Design, including all common areas inside the building. All site and building related Engineering Services and fees are not included in this schedule. Our list of service for the above phase of the project is as follows:
PROJECT ADMINISTRATION SRVICES
The fee will be ($2.00/ sq.ft.) based on the total building square footage or covered area. All Site Architectural Design and Site Architectural Development details are included in the above rate.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
33% due in advance at signing of the official contract.
33% due halfway through the completion of all construction drawings
33% due after completion of all construction drawings, prior to submitting for permits.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
REIMBURSABLES
All reimbursable like prints, plots, blue lines, courier services, and graphic presentation colored prints will be billed separate at actual cost.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
- In consideration for the services to be performed by ArchiTECH Design & Design Development Inc., the client agrees to pay all the above fees, after the complete construction documents have been issued, and the client chooses not to pursue for the construction permit.
- In the event the client should cancel this contract, then the client shall be responsible for paying any costs incurred by the design firm.

- Individual Tenant Improvements/Space Planning
